If you would like to place an order and have already received a quotation or if you know the price of the product/s you wish to purchase, please send confirmation of your order to us by e-mail to info@vtx.uk.

Your order should include your details and how to contact you (Full Name, Company Name, Invoice and Shipping Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail address) as well as the product part numbers, descriptions and prices.

We will then confirm your order with anticipated ship date, payment terms and details. We accept payment

• by transfer direct to our bank in UK £ Sterling, Euros or US Dollars
• by Credit Card (Mastercard / Visa) or any of the following:

There is normally a 2.3% credit card surcharge on corporate card payments imposed on us by the credit card companies.

Prices are normally quoted Ex-Works Ealing, London. This means that shipping, carriage and insurance are for the customer’s account. We can either pre-pay these charges and add them to the Invoice or can ship with freight and charges collect or on the customer’s account. For UK deliveries, we normally use a Next Day service or Registered

Value Added Tax (VAT)
For Orders to be shipped to a UK destination, VAT at the current rate will be added to the Invoice.
For Export Orders to be shipped to destinations within the EU or outside the EU, the current rate of VAT is 0% and no VAT is charged.

Special Paperwork
We will try to accommodate any special shipping or other paperwork requests (for example SAD certificates) but reserve the right to levy a charge to cover any significant additional work. We will inform you of these charges (if any) as soon as possible before shipment.
